There aren’t many places you can surf inland, but Surf Snowdonia Adventure Parc is the first commercial artificial surfing lake in the world. Based in North Wales, and surrounded by forests, rivers, lakes and mountains, Snowdonia is a place where you’ll find intriguing landscapes which have barely changed since the last Ice Age.
Surf Snowdonia Adventure Parc is frequently visited by beginners, intermediates and advanced surfers who are looking to fast track their skills. In busy environments like these, it’s important that floor surfaces are level and easy to walk on, hence why JCW installed floor screed.
We used 946m² of 75mm 1:4 fibrescreed, 75mm PIR insulation board and 1,200g of Polythene loose tipped screed, supplied by Marshalls Premier Mortars at Surf Snowdonia Adventure Parc.
