Providing treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, 2010 saw the opening of the £32 million Lancashire women and newborn centre which includes a consultant-led maternity unit, a Level 3 neonatal intensive care unit and so much more.

- 1800m² of 75mm 1:4 Tufscreed F (wheelbarrowed)
- 75mm PIR installation board
- 1200g polythene
- Loose tipped screed.
