Giving Land According to Planning Minister Nick Boles, young people who can’t afford to buy their own home should be given state owned plots of land so that they can build their own home on it. The idea is still in the development stage of coalition policy and Mr Boles is giving it extra impetus by declaring that young Britons “want the opportunity to get on and help themselves”. House
