The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has revealed four new self-build sites in the latest drive from the Government to help aspiring self-builders. The sites that have been reserved for development by the HCA include: Urban Pioneers, Middlehaven. Oxley Park, Milton Keynes. Pound Lane South, Basildon. Lightmoor Village, Telford. These new sites were formerly public sector land and it’s estimated they will make around 70 plots for new homes. These
