Here at JCW, we have recently installed floor screeding as part of a refurbishment project at Premier Inn, Pacific Quay.
Premier Inn Pacific Quay overlooks the River Clyde and is in walking distance of some of the most popular attractions in Glasgow, including BBC Scotland, SSE Hydro and Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Currently, Premier Inn Pacific Quay has 180 bedrooms but is planning to add an additional 50 rooms and Costa coffee shop on the ground floor, with external seating.
For the Premier Inn along the Clyde waterfront, JCW installed floor screed to create a smooth floor surface to enable floor coverings to be installed. We used 235m² of 75mm Truscreed and pumped fibres, as well as, SBR Polymer grout loose tipped screed – all supplied by Tarmac Building Products.
