Floor Screeding Completed On A Brand New De Vere Hotel

A brand new De Vere hotel and leisure complex is in development on the outskirts of Edinburgh and we’ve recently been up there to take care of the necessary floor screeding requirements before it opens its doors later in the year.

The job appointment at the proposed 120-bedroom facility came courtesy of West Yorkshire-based Marshall Construction who have specialised in property and construction for over 100 years.

We had company north of the border too as the acoustic flooring arm of the JCW Group was also commissioned to supply its expertise to the project, working on the first floor of the building over an eight-day period.

Before the end of 2014, we will be returning to Scotland to supply further floor screeding solutions at another of De Vere’s new ‘village urban resorts’ in Glasgow.
