Floor Screeding Recommences In The Potteries
The Recession Had A Devestating Impact On Construction
The recession had a devastating impact on the construction industry leading to many brand new developments at the time being halted and put on an indefinite hold.
In some parts of the country it isn’t until now that the economic recovery has been sufficient enough for some of these projects to resume such as a housing assignment in Stoke that JCW Floor Screeding were originally working on back in 2008.
Working on behalf of Stoke-based building contractors Kettle & Talbot, we have begun providing the floor screeding for the four ground apartments within the 12-apartment site at Furlong Passage, whilst our sister company JCW Acoustic Flooring installs its JCW 80T product in the other eight flats.
We estimate that the job will be completed by the end of the month, one of several undertakings that the team is conducting at the moment as 2015 gets off to a busy start.
