We’ve never known a summer like it and we’re not just talking about the weather!

JCW Floor Screeding has experienced one of the busiest periods in its 20-year history, so busy in fact that to cope with market demand we have put together an additional two teams and taken on a further administrative assistant to handle the growing influx of work coming in.

The number of enquiries flooding in and tonnage laid is up on the same period last year. Our turnover for the first six months of the year has also far exceeded expectations; the need for screed from JCW shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.

• Multiple Social Housing Sites for Tyson Construction around the Chorley, Preston, Ormskirk areas. Spec 75mm Screed & 150mm Polystyrene.
• Large Apartment Block for Bovis Homes, St Georges Park, Stafford Spec 75mm screed & 6mm Isorubber.
• Russell Construction, Premier Inn Harrogate Spec 75mm Screed & 75mm celotex.
• Stoneforce Construction, Topshop/ Topman, Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent Spec 85mm screed, polymer grout.
• Built Offsite, St Edmunds RC School, Southampton.
• Self Build projects from Aberdeen in Scotland down to Worthing on the south coast. Spec all 75mm screed on top of underfloor heating pipes.
• Prestigious shop fitting contract at Wembley Stadium.
