Our Job Book Keeps Growing
Our job book keeps growing and growing as the need for screed rises over the summer months, with labour intensive projects recently completed or in progress at two schools, a housing development and even at a sweet factory!
JCW Comissioned To Administer All Floor Screeding Requirements
Yes, a brand new £35million facility for confectionary giants Haribo is being built in Castleford, Wakefield, which will include a 30,700sq ft. three-storey manufacturing unit and a four-storey office, complementing their existing site in Pontefract.
As you can probably imagine, we were absolutely delighted when developers Wates Construction, one of the largest UK building & constructioncompanies, commissioned JCW to administer all floor screeding requirements at the factory, due for completion by April of next year.
We’ve got plenty going on in Wakefield as we’re also working at St Giles School in the city, which is undergoing a £100,000 expansion due to increased demand for school places, one of three schools in the area that are being extended.
Throw in our work at a housing development in Sandbach and St Luke’s School in Bury and it all equates to an eventful summer of screed for JCW.
