We thought we’d keep you up-to-date with the progress made on some of the projects previously mentioned on our blog and some of those we have recently commenced floor screeding requirements at.

Clothing Store Refurbishment

As we speak, our team is carrying out the sixth and last phase of work at the refurbishment of popular clothing store Forever 21, based at Westfield Stratford City, and we’ve applied the finishing touches to the newly developed Greaves Hall Care Home in Southport.

Richmond Park Apartments And St Andrew’s School

In addition to supplying all floor screeding solutions at Richmond Park Apartments in Sheffield and the University of Kent, we worked around the clock at St Andrew’s School in Levenshulme where a new two-storey six classroom block was being constructed in conjunction with two smaller extensions, a development costing £1.4m.

De Vere Hotel

We’re excited to currently be working on three exciting new projects spread across the country starting with the De Vere hotel in Edinburgh.

West Lancashire Youth Zone

Construction is now also well underway on the West Lancashire Youth Zone in Skelmersdale, a facility for young people, which is being upgraded at a cost of £2m as part of a broader £20m redevelopment scheme.

It’s scheduled for completion by Christmas and opening in the New Year.

Weston College

And not forgetting, Weston College in Weston-Super-Mare where a £1m development incorporating state-of-the-art facilities for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities is in the process of being built.

The last quarter of the year is shaping up to be just as busy as the rest of 2014 so far and we couldn’t be happier about it.
