The summer break is the ideal time to carry out floor screeding works at your school, college or university. JCW Fibre Reinforced Floor Screed also conforms to the requirements of BS EN 13813.

However for projects with a really tight timeframe or for areas which are in regular use throughout the summer, JCW Fast Drying Sand and Cement Floor Screed, which contains additives to enable the screed to dry quicker is the perfect solution. Depending on site conditions JCW Fast Drying Sand and Cement Floor Screed can again be ready for light foot traffic in 48 hours, but can take site traffic or even floor coverings in just 5 days. Designed for use where high point loading or heavy trafficking is expected, JCW Fast Drying Sand and Cement Floor Screed features better working properties, providing easier and more reliable compaction, quicker early strength development and reduced drying shrinkage resulting from its low water/cement ratio. JCW Fast Drying Sand and Cement Floor Screed again also conforms to the requirements of BS EN 13813.

Both of these floor screeding products would typically be delivered on large 6 or 8 wheel tipper vehicles, carrying a maximum of 15 or 20 tonnes of material respectively. However as access to educational establishments can from time to time be an issue, smaller vehicles can be made available if required.
